Case 1: Liposuction
This young woman of 38 from Portsmouth, New Hampshire, came to see Dr. Gray for liposuction of the thighs. Dr. Gray removed 250 cc of fat from each outer thigh and 100 cc from each inner thigh. The patient felt that pants she needed to wear to fit her lower half were too large for the rest of her frame. Dr. Gray slimmed down her legs and improved her contour and she was much more satisfied with how her pants fit.
