case 1: Breast Augmentation
This 51 year old mother of 3 from Salem, New Hampshire came to see Dr. Gray, complaining of back and neck pain. She weighed 207 pounds and was 5’5” tall. She was wearing a 38 DD bra which was actually too small for her. Her weight was stable. Her right breast was larger than the left. When her breasts were supported, the pain went away. Dr. Gray recommended a liposuction breast reduction with a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) to be done at the same time. Dr. Gray removed a total of 1200 cc of pure fat on the left side and 1300 cc on the right. When She came back for her 3 month follow-up appointment, she was a 36 C and was very pleased with the elimination of pain, being smaller and have breast being lifted to a more youthful position.
